Services

What we help with

Some clients need a leader in the seat tomorrow. Others need a plan, a campaign, or a clear read on their community. Most engagements combine a few of these.

Interim & Fractional Leadership

An experienced executive, for as long as you need one.

When an executive departs, a startup outgrows its founders, or a growing organization can't yet afford a full-time leader, we step in. You get someone who has run a $50M organization and built one from scratch, working on a defined term with a clear handoff.

Interim Executive Director / CEO

Keep operations, staff, funders, and the board steady during a leadership search or transition.

Fractional COO

Build the systems, policies, and budgets a growing organization needs to scale.

Fractional Chief Development Officer

Lead fundraising strategy, major donor work, and grant pipelines part-time.

Transition & Succession Support

Prepare the board, document the role, and onboard the permanent hire.

How we work

Three ways to engage

Every engagement starts with a scope, timeline, and fee agreed in writing, sized to what a mission-driven budget can carry.

Defined project

Project

A fixed scope with clear deliverables and an end date.

Strategic plans, needs assessments, campaign plans
Ongoing advisory

Retainer

A monthly advisory relationship for strategy, program design, and coaching while your team carries out the work.

New initiatives, program design, executive coaching
In the seat

Interim & Fractional

A senior leader embedded in your organization part-time or full-time for a set term.
